Jesus is the undefeated One, He is 1-0. He overcame death once and for all! His victory can become our victory, His win our win. The resurrection of Jesus is an invitation to the world. The Risen Lord can be trusted and we should follow Him. Jesus’ invitation is a two-word invitation, simply, follow me. This invitation really sums up the gospel of John. He says that two times in our text today to the apostle Peter – follow me, but what does following the Risen Jesus look like?
