The Father's Heart

1 Peter 2.9-10: Have you ever thought about what is on God’s heart? Have you ever wondered what is His desire for me and those in this world? The Father’s heart is that all would worship Him, that His name would be exalted by all. But there are those who do not worship Him. They are in darkness and it is the Father’s heart for them to come into the marvelous light of knowing God through Jesus Christ. For those who come into the marvelous light their identity is changed and the Father’s heart for them with this new found identity is to proclaim God’s identity to the world. The Father makes us who we are through Jesus so we could make known who He is. Today let us know the Father’s heart.
