Touching Godliness Through Submission

1 Peter 2.13-20; 3.1-9: We have learned over the last few weeks that as Christians we have a specific identity, purpose and ethic that we are called to. We believe certain things and are to have our lives marked by those beliefs. The reality is we live in a world today similar to the first century in that people have different views of Christians that are not necessarily positive and accurate. So, important to our walk as Christians is that we live a godly life and be seen in a different light. As we do this, we will silence critics and bring people to faith in Jesus. Today we will see that we can touch godliness through a life of submission and we will see that through our text in 1 Peter today.
