Advent: Gospel Love

Speaker: Jerry Witham Series: Advent: Gospel Topic: Advent Passage: Ephesians 2:1–2:10

Ephesians 2.1-10: Through this advent season we have been discovering, celebrating and enjoying the gospel as we peer into God’s Word together. Today we look at the great love of God toward unregenerate sinners and how He takes those who were once children of wrath and by His grace turns them into His great masterpiece. The church is truly the beloved of God and that is what our identity is based on for because of His love we are now children of God. So, as we look at this text today, may we also think through these questions: What defines us? Where is our identity found? How do we handle moments of deception about who we are? May we truly know the surpassing riches of God’s grace in Jesus.
