The Harvest is Plentiful

Luke 10.1-24: Have you ever been in a situation where you felt hopeless and there was nothing you could do to help or change things?  Whether, people know it or not, that is the situation we are all in.  That definitely takes us to a place of gloom and doom when we sit on that for awhile.  We live in a world of brokenness and hopelessness.  But there is good news.  Jesus was sent as a missionary to take our brokenness away and provide hope.  Some know that hope and those who do are being sent by Jesus into cities, schools, businesses and homes to love, serve and seek the good of all people and see as many people come to know that same hope.  Jesus is that hope.  You and I who have accepted Jesus’ free gift of eternal life by faith are called to go and spread that message of hope to others.  Let us be encouraged today to go and let that hope be known.
